Does Meltwater offer a free trial or demo?

Meltwater does not offer a self-serve free trial, but you can request a free, human-guided demo with one of our product experts. Is there a minimum contract length?

Each Meltwater contract is tailored to the client’s specific goals, coverage, and scope — there’s no one-size-fits-all term. However, most partnerships are structured on annual agreements, with a minimum contract length of 12 months. This allows enough time to establish meaningful benchmarks, integrate Meltwater’s insights into your workflows, and measure impact over time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Because each Meltwater contract is individually tailored, any changes to your plan (such as adding new modules, expanding coverage, or adjusting usage) are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Is there an onboarding or setup fee?
